Hispanic Leadership Development Program
The Hispanic Chamber Education Foundation is launching its annual Hispanic Leadership Development Program, starting February 2014. The Education Foundation, in collaboration with Metropolitan State University of Denver School of Leadership, has developed this program in response to the need for a culturally relevant leadership development training program for mid-level professionals.
Goals of Hispanic Leadership Development Program:
Identify business professionals interested in advancing their careers by expanding their leadership skills and their ability to contribute to their organizations, the community and the business sector.
Provide participants with an in-depth understanding of cultural differences within leadership, and insights regarding self-promotion in securing upward mobility within their individual organizations or community.
Enhance communication among Hispanic leaders in the civic and business community.
